Terms of Service

1.1. The site flip-x.net is operated by the company FLIP X LIMITED (referred here as "FLIP X," "We," or "Us"), a company headquartered at London, United Kingdom.

2.1. By registering on flip-x.net (the “Site” or “Platform”), you (“You,” “Your,” “Yourself,” or the “User”) enter into a contractual agreement with FLIP X LIMITED and agree to follow this User Agreement, Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.

2.2. If you do not agree to the terms of this User Agreement, or to the any part of the terms of this User Agreement you must not use, visit, or access any part of the Site, including sub-domains and any components of the Site.

2.3. This Agreement must be read in full before using any FLIP X's service or product.

2.4. This Agreement becomes effective after Your completion of the registration process and if you use any part of the Site after creating an account, you agree with all terms of this User Agreement.

2.5. FLIP X reserves the right to change or amend this User Agreement and other documents issued by FLIP X at any time without prior notice. FLIP X may notify you of changes via email or by posting a notice on the Site, but it is not its obligation, and it is your responsibility to check and review any updates. Continued use of the Site after amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend to follow the updates on flip-x.net closely.

2.6. In case of any conflict between this User Agreement and other documents (e.g., game rules and other rules issued by FLIP X), the terms of this User Agreement will prevail.

3.1. To use any services on flip-x.net, you must first register your personal account at flip-x.net (referred to as a "FLIP X Account").

3.2. To become a registered User, you must submit an application to open a FLIP X Account via special form at flip-x.net.

3.3. FLIP X reserves the right to suspend the registration of a FLIP X Account and treat any subsequent deposits as invalid (and any correspondent winnings, profits and other benefits as void). If your account is suspended, please contact our customer support team at online@flip-x.net.

3.4. All applicants must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher. FLIP X may request proof of age and suspend accounts until satisfactory documentation is provided. FLIP X doesn’t control your age, but if it will be found that your age is below the age specified in this paragraph, your account will be blocked.

3.5. FLIP X does not accept registrations from persons in case of:

• 3.5.1. Under 18 or the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction;
• 3.5.1. Citizenship of countries where gambling is illegal or prohibited. It is the User's sole responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws and other local requirements;
• 3.5.1. Providing incorrect or false information or attempting to impersonate others.

3.6. FLIP X reserves the right to reject any FLIP X Account application at its sole discretion.

3.7. You warrant that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, and up to date.

3.8. FLIP X may request KYC (Know Your Customer requirements) documentation to verify your identity and location. FLIP X reserves the right to restrict services, payments, or withdrawals until verification is complete. FLIP X may also disclose User information as required by law or its Privacy Policy.

3.9. Only one FLIP X Account per User is permitted. Attempting to open or use multiple accounts will result in immediate closure of all accounts, retention of funds, and a ban from the Site.

3.10. If FLIP X suspects multiple accounts or collusion, it may suspend or close all related accounts and retain funds until the User proves no violation occurred.

3.11. If you discover multiple accounts, you must notify us immediately. Failure to do so may result in account blocking and fund retention.

3.12. You are solely responsible for keeping your login details secure. Do not share them with anyone. Remember that losing your login and password can lead to financial losses.

3.13. We are not liable for any misuse of your account due to the disclosure of your login details.

3.14. Selling, transferring, or acquiring FLIP X Accounts is prohibited. In case of sale or transfer the account will be blocked.

3.15. Notify us immediately of any account errors or miscalculations. We reserve the right to void all actions affected by errors.

3.16. You are fully responsible for all activities in your account.

3.17. We strongly recommend you to enable two-factor authentication to enhance account security.

3.18. We may introduce additional security measures, and we encourage you to use them. All these additional requirements and proposals are aimed at increasing your safety.

3.19. FLIP X may close or suspend your account if at FLIP X’s sole decision:

• 3.19.1. You use the Site fraudulently, illegally, or improperly;
• 3.19.1. You cheat, take unfair advantage, or use the account for a third party’s benefit;
• 3.19.1. Required by law enforcement, regulatory authorities, or if identity verification fails;
• 3.19.1. You breach this Agreement, regulations, or fair use policies, or are suspected of problem gambling;
• 3.19.1. FLIP X believes any of the above has occurred or is likely to occur.

3.20. If your account is closed or suspended for these reasons, you may be liable for any claims, losses, or damages incurred by FLIP X.

3.21. FLIP X may void bets, winnings, profits and other benefits in such cases.

3.22. FLIP X reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without notice if we suspect misuse or breaches of our Terms of Service.

3.23. If your account is closed, FLIP X will inform you of the process to withdraw any remaining balance.

3.24. FLIP X is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

3.25. We are not responsible for any loss or damage due to your failure to keep your login details secure.

4.1. By using the Service, User warrant and agree that:

• 4.1.1. You are at least 18 or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction and You have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement
• 4.1.1. You are not a compulsive or problem gambler;
• 4.1.1. You are not self-excluded from any gambling site and will notify FLIP X if you become self-excluded.
• 4.1.1. You are accessing the Site from a jurisdiction where it is legal to do so and from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
• 4.1.1. You acknowledge that FLIP X may use techniques to detect and prevent fraud, including geo-location and IP masking.
• 4.1.1. You are responsible for reporting and paying taxes on any winnings and for taxes on cryptocurrency or fiat winnings
• 4.1.1. You acknowledge the risk of losing funds and that FLIP X is not liable for such losses;
• 4.1.1. You will not deposit funds from illegal or unauthorized sources;
• 4.1.1. You will not deposit funds using wallets or accounts not owned by you, these funds will only be used for Services on the Site
• 4.1.1. You will not withdraw funds to wallets or accounts not owned by you;
• 4.1.1. You understand the risk of losing deposited funds and You acknowledge that cryptocurrency values can fluctuate significantly
• 4.1.1. FLIP X is not a financial institution.
• 4.1.1. Your use of the FLIP X’s products and services is at your own risk;
• 4.1.1. You will not use the FLIP X Account for criminal activities;
• 4.1.1. All information provided is true and accurate, and you will notify us of any changes;
• 4.1.1. You use FLIP X’s products and services for personal, non-professional, and entertainment purposes only;
• 4.1.1. You FLIP X’s products and services on your own behalf;
• 4.1.1. You will not open more than one account;
• 4.1.1. FLIP X is not liable for issues with your internet connection or device;
• 4.1.1. You will not engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities.

4.2. If you breach any of these warranties, FLIP X may close or suspend your account and void any bets.

5.1. FLIP X warrants that it will:

• 5.1.1. Manage User funds securely and appropriately;
• 5.1.1. Handle personal information in compliance with applicable laws and its Privacy Policy.

5.2. The software is provided "as is" without warranties. FLIP X does not guarantee that the Site or Services will meet your requirements, be error-free, or virus-free.

5.3. FLIP X can be contacted via email at online@flip-x.net or through live chat. Abusive behavior may result in account termination.

5.4. FLIP X does not guarantee the user of any profit when using any FLIP X services and products. Any figures indicated on the Site are given as an example.

6.1. You may only use FLIP X services if you have sufficient funds in your FLIP X Account. Deposits must be made using available payment methods. FLIP X does not offer credit for participation.

6.2. Deposits must be made using approved payment methods.

6.3. You must ensure that deposited funds are from legal sources.

6.4. Deposits can be made from crypto-wallets or other approved methods. Only your own funds may be used.

6.5. Deposits are for using FLIP X services only. FLIP X may suspend accounts if deposits are made without the intent to wager.

6.6. Only payment methods owned by you may be used to fund your account.

6.7. FLIP X may suspend or close accounts and void transactions if third-party payment methods or illegal funds are used

6.8. FLIP X may set minimum deposit amounts, which can be changed at any time. Additional fees may apply depending on the payment method.

6.9. Payment methods and deposit limits are listed on the Site. Fees may apply and vary by country.

6.10. Deposits are processed immediately, but delays may occur due to third-party systems. Fees may apply, and your payment provider may charge additional fees.

6.11. FLIP X may require additional identity verification for deposits.

6.12. Funds cannot be transferred between User accounts.

6.13. FLIP X may refuse deposits at its discretion. Users with blocked or suspended accounts must not deposit funds.

6.14. FLIP X may retain funds if a blocked or suspended User attempts to deposit.

7.1. FLIP X may refuse withdrawals until:

• 7.1.1. Your identity is verified;
• 7.1.1. The withdrawal is made to an account you own;
• 7.1.1. Any requested information is provided;
• 7.1.1. You meet the minimum wager requirements.

7.2. FLIP X may investigate accounts and delay or decline withdrawals if it suspects violations of these terms or applicable laws.

7.3. Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for deposits, unless otherwise agreed. FLIP X may split withdrawals across multiple payment methods in compliance with anti-money laundering policies. Crypto withdrawals will be sent to the wallet address provided in your withdrawal request.

7.4. If FLIP X mistakenly credits your account, the amount remains FLIP X's property and will be deducted. If you withdraw such funds, you must repay the amount.

7.5. FLIP X may require additional KYC verification for withdrawals. Users with closed or locked accounts should contact online@flip-x.net.

7.6. All transactions are monitored for money laundering. FLIP X may suspend or close accounts and withhold funds if suspicious activity is detected.

8.1. If FLIP X incurs chargebacks or losses due to your actions, you will be liable for the relevant amounts.

8.2. FLIP X may offset any positive account balance against amounts you owe.

9.1. FLIP X may offer bonuses and promotions at its discretion.

9.2. By registering, you agree to the terms of any promotions or bonuses.

9.3. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions. Wagers must be placed with cash balances before using bonus funds.

9.4. Activating a bonus constitutes agreement to its terms.

9.5. Bonuses expire as per their specific terms and cannot be reactivated.

9.6. FLIP X may remove bonuses from inactive or abusive accounts.

9.7. FLIP X may deny or withdraw bonuses if abuse is suspected.

9.8. Only one account per User is allowed. Multiple accounts for bonus accumulation are prohibited.

9.9. FLIP X may cancel unclaimed bonuses after 60 days.

9.10. FLIP X reserves the right to cancel any bonus at its discretion.

10.1. You agree to all rules on flip-x.net. FLIP X's decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

11.1. The Service is for Your personal use only. Multiple accounts for collusion or abuse are prohibited.

12.1. FLIP X is not liable for issues arising from your device or internet connection.

12.2. FLIP X is not responsible for damage to mobile devices or data loss.

12.3. The mobile experience may differ slightly from other platforms due to small screen size.

13.1. The Site is intended for recreational purposes only.

13.2. You must not use the Site for illegal, abusive, or fraudulent purposes. FLIP X may report suspicious activity to correspondent authorities.

13.3. FLIP X may take legal action against fraudulent or criminal activities.

14.7. FLIP X is not liable for errors in account settlements or system issues.

14.8. You use the software at your own risk.

14.9. The software may contain confidential information, which you must not disclose.

14.10. FLIP X may alter, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site.

14.11. You must not misuse the Site by introducing harmful material or disrupting its operation.

15.1. FLIP X may use third-party content, which may have additional terms.

15.2. FLIP X is not liable for third-party content.

15.3. Links to third-party sites are provided for information only. FLIP X is not responsible for their content.

16.1. FLIP X is not liable for errors if you act in bad faith, such as exploiting obvious mistakes or using incorrect odds.

17.1. FLIP X may terminate this Agreement or take legal action if you breach its terms.

17.2. You agree to indemnify FLIP X for any claims arising from your breach of this Agreement, violation of laws, or misuse of the Service.

18.1. In no event, including cases of negligence, will FLIP X be held responsible for any special, incidental, direct, indirect, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, damages for lost business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other financial loss) that arise from the use or misuse of the Service, even if FLIP X was previously aware of the potential for such damages.

19.1. FLIP X and its licensors exclusively own all rights related to the Service, including its code, structure, organization, copyrights, trade secrets, intellectual property, and any other associated rights. Under applicable laws, you are prohibited from: (a) copying, distributing, publishing, reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, modifying, or translating the Website; or (b) using the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations (collectively referred to as "Unauthorized Use"). FLIP X retains all rights, whether explicitly stated or implied, that are not expressly granted to you under this Agreement and maintains full ownership and interest in the Service. You agree that you are solely responsible for any damages, costs, or expenses resulting from any Unauthorized Use committed by you. If you become aware of any Unauthorized Use by any individual, you must immediately notify FLIP X and provide reasonable assistance in any related investigations.

19.2. The term "FLIP X," its domain names, and any other trademarks or service marks used as part of the Service are the exclusive property of FLIP X. Additionally, all content on the Website, including but not limited to images, pictures, graphics, photographs, animations, videos, music, audio, and text (referred to as "Site Content"), is owned by FLIP X and protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you do not acquire any rights to the Site Content or Trademarks, or any portion thereof. You are strictly prohibited from using the Site Content or Trademarks without prior written consent from FLIP X. Furthermore, you agree not to engage in any actions that could harm or potentially harm FLIP X's rights, including its intellectual property rights.

20.1. Contact FLIP X's customer service at online@flip-x.net for complaints. Unresolved disputes may be pursued in the governing law jurisdiction.

21.1. FLIP X may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

22.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Great Britain.

23.1. If any provision of this Agreement is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

24.1. FLIP X may assign this Agreement at any time. Users may not assign their rights or obligations.

25.1. If FLIP X does not enforce any provision of this Agreement following a breach, it does not mean that FLIP X waives its right to enforce that provision in the future or to address any subsequent breaches of the same or other provisions within this Agreement.

25.2. This Agreement does not grant or establish any rights, benefits, or entitlements to any individuals or entities who are not parties to this Agreement.

25.3. This Agreement does not establish, nor should it be interpreted as establishing, any form of partnership, agency, trust, fiduciary relationship, or joint venture between you and FLIP X.

25.4. FLIP X reserves the right to assign, transfer, charge, sub-license, or otherwise handle this Agreement, including delegating any of its rights or obligations under this Agreement, to another party at its discretion.

25.5. This Agreement represents the complete and exclusive understanding between you and FLIP X concerning the Service. It replaces and supersedes any prior agreements, understandings, or arrangements, whether written or verbal, between you and FLIP X.

26.1. In case of complaint regarding our products or services, you may contact our customer support by email (online@flip-x.net). We will process your request and respond within a reasonable time.
